منشأ العضلة	lateral epicondyle of the humerus proximally
مغرز العضلة	lateral surface of the olecranon process and the superior part of the posterior ulna distally
الشريان المغذي	deep brachial artery, recurrent interosseous artery
التعصيب	radial nerve (C7, C8, and T1)
عمل العضلة	It is partly blended in with the triceps, which it assists in extension of the forearm. It also stabilises the elbow and abducts the ulna during pronation.

العَضَلَةُ المِرْفَقِيَّة هي عضلة صغيرة في الجانب الخلفي من مفصل المرفق. يعتبر البعض العَضَلَةُ المِرْفَقِيَّة تكملة للعَضَلَةِ الثُّلاَثِيَّةِ الرُّؤوسِ العَضُدِيَّة. والبعض الأخر من المصادر تعتبر العَضَلَةُ المِرْفَقِيَّة من ضمن المكونات للجانب الخلفي للذراع, بينما يعتبرها البعض الأخر من المكونات الجانب الخلفي للسَّاعِد.^[١]^[٢]^[٣]

يمكن تحسس العَضَلَةُ المِرْفَقِيَّة بسهولة في الجانب الوحشي من الناتيء الزُّجِّيُّ لعضم الزند.
