The Race Card and how it Affects Employment

Why isn't the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) living up to its name?

According to the 2005 Report of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), blacks were over-hired in all 22 Federal agencies, including the very agency tasked to prevent discrimination in the workplace, the EEOC, which over hired blacks to the tune of 427% over their Affirmative Action (AA) quota.

The only way to over-hire one group is if you discriminate against another, and you can only do it legally if it's against the only group that's not on the (AA) list, i.e. whites. What about whites' rights to a quota in AA plans to provide protection from our being discriminated against? (Blacks, Hispanics, Asians and Native Americans are the only ones who are currently on the AA "preferred and protected" employee list.)

The other 21 Federal agencies followed their lead. Here are just a few examples: the Court Services and Offender Services (CSOS) over hired blacks by 841% over quota; the Pension Benefit Corporation (PBGC) over hired blacks by 405% over quota, and the Smithsonian Institution (SI) over hired blacks by 341% over quota. The Department of Justice (which includes the Office of Civil Rights) which is tasked to work with the EEOC and punish employers for discriminating because of race or color; over-hired blacks by 76.8% over quota.

The EEOC alone bears the responsibility for this, as they are the ones tasked to review and approve federally mandated Affirmative Action (AA) plans, and punish those who practice discrimination of ANY kind.

In 1996 a white EEOC lawyer sued the EEOC over being passed up for a promotion for 10 years (and he won). The very agency charged with ensuring fairness in the workplace had to be sued and forced to be fair to a white male (white males are by far the single most disenfranchised group in America today). Specifying a quota for whites males and white females separately so it can't be abused is essential, or it will be. It also needs to be done per general area census data and not per any clever "Environmental Justice" scam.

Why didn't the media absolutely vilify EEOC management over an EEOC employee being discriminated against simply because he was white? Instead it only received brief attention in the media. Worst of all, by being broadcast in the media without the appropriate level of outrage, it demonstrated to blacks nation-wide, that if they were so inclined, they were free to practice reverse-discrimination without fear of repercussions from the "Equal" Employment Opportunity Commission.

Sadly, by example, the EEOC has been leading an epidemic of reverse-discrimination in the workplace that's occurring nationwide, especially in civil service, e.g. Transportation (airports, bus & light rail), Police, Fire, Education, Defense Contractors, State and Federal Agencies etc., as evidenced by thousands of lawsuits being filed for reverse-discrimination. (Please peruse Aversity.net for numerous examples.)

This is a critical situation that must be rectified. Decades of progress between the races is being threatened by the racist acts of a comparative few and that's wrong, we must not let this happen; we are a better people than that. Americans believe in fairness, that's why the EEOC was created. For it to become not only an enabler of unfairness, but an example of it as well, is just unthinkable. Write Senators and Congressmen and ask them to add quotas for whites and that they fix the EEOC so we can get back on track with our goal of being a color-blind America.
