Self Employment is the way Forward
'Is it better to work for yourself or someone else' is a difficult question to ask as there are positives here with both options; if you're asking me whether I think it's better to work for yourself or for someone else however then I'd definitely say that working for yourself is the best option available.Working for someone else is all well and good, and it's nice to know that you're going to be paid 'x' amount of money at the end of each week/month; when you're working for yourself you personally are in control of exactly how much work you put in however, and ultimately how much money you will earn. You can relax for a week or two and know that you're going to be earning less, or you can put your all into the job week-in, week-out, and know that you're going to be earning 100% of the profits that you make.It's a nice feeling to work for yourself, to be in control of your own destiny, and to know that everything you're buying is with money that you've earned through working for yourself. It's a very liberating feeling, and although working for yourself isn't always easy; it's definitely well worth doing. If a job's worth doing it's worth doing well as they say, and working for yourself is definitely a job that's worth doing well.Working for yourself you get to work in an environment of your choosing, working the hours when you feel you're most awake and aware; if you find it hard to motivate yourself however then you may find working for yourself to be quite problematic. If you can drive and motivate yourself then that's brilliant, if you consider yourself to be a little lacking in the motivation department however then working for someone else is probably the best option for you. Working for someone else you may feel that you can get away with being less motivated, but if you're working for yourself then you need to make sure you're always fully motivated, as if you're not fully motivated then you're not going to earn much money.Working for yourself doesn't mean that you can switch off and not put maximum effort in; working for yourself actually means that you have to put in more effort if anything, and if you're willing to put in that effort then you can be a great success. It's definitely better to work for yourself if you're willing to put in long and hard hours, if not however then you're probably better off playing it safe and working for the man.
