So you wanna be a magical looking Gothic bride on your wedding day? Congratulations! Here are a few tips to make your Halloween dreams or nightmares come true for you!

First of all, you'll want to make sure your wedding is super scary and spectacular at the same time. how do you acheve this you may ask? you go to your local costume store and rent outfits. Perhaps, you might decide that the theme should be the Bride of Frakenstein or even Rocky Horror Picture show. have your attendents dressed in clothes that compliment your perfect theme.

Makeup, yes makeup. The men and women of your party will all need makeup. To acheive a good goth look you'll need LOTS of black makeup, pancake white makeup, and some skill. There are many books and websitse that will give you information on your 'Goth Bride' appeal. however, I can offer some personal tips though I'm not a woman I think that even a man knows a bit about Gothic Makeup. It's actually very simple in relation to some of the looks out there today.

Make your face as white as possible. The white pancake makeup is a great start for this.

Rim your eyes in black! Yes, lots of black eyeliner and mascara. Do a little cat eye at the end.

Last, always ALWAYS have a good red lipstick. This will complete a simple Goth bride look.

You can look for inspiration in a ton of places. Rent movies with Goth women in them. Go to a local place where Goths hang out, saerch for photos on the net and ask your local Macy's to create that look for you. The ways to find out how to do this are quite endless. Now, for your attendants.

You do not want them to outshine you. Make sure they are more muted. Not so much black around the eyes and a duller hue of lipstick. I think it would be neat to have lipstick in varying shades. One might be blue, another green, and another a basic black.

TIPS FOR COLOR:

Always always have a white face to begin with; with no blemishes showing.

Never ever try to go 'funky' goth and add a bunch off extra colors. You'll merely look like a clown bride.

Watch The Corpse Bride, and takes tips from the Bride. She rocks the Goth wedding look.

Make sure your makeup compliments your outfit. Wear something that is in line with the colors you are trying to mimic.

HAVE FUN! It is your day. Do what you want. Go a little crazy. Just be yourself. That is the most important because this is a day you will cherish forever.
