Easy Valentines
Here are three do it your yourself Valentines that are sure to please. Dinner and a movie are just out dated, so here are some twists on them.
The first one is very romantic. If you are a guy this is a Valentines’ anyone can do. Get tea light candles and set them everywhere around the house. Plan a dinner that she enjoys and get ready to cook. Have her favorite drink on ice.
Put a note on the front door directing them to where you want them to go. For example I had my husband go to the bathroom, where a hot bath was waiting. Timing is everything. Bring the drink to them and scrub their back for her.
Next have a note in the bathroom that directs them to the bedroom, where comfy or sexy clothes are laid out. Your choice, depending on how she will take it. As before leave another note directing them to dinner.
Which is a blanket laid out in the living room with candles lit everywhere. Also have flowers, they don’t have to be roses. Preferably something fragrant like freesia or gardenias. Have dinner ready and serve it on the blanket, picnic style. Have grapes or strawberries for desert that you can feed to your love.
Second, what does your lover like? Sports events, movies or fishing? Plan one for the day or evening. Let it be a surprise, tell them how to dress for the occasion. For example if it’s a fishing trip a swimsuit and shorts with a tee shirt would be appropriate. Let it be something that she loves to do. Make it something that you both enjoy but don’t get to do often enough.
Third, make a coupon book that has free hugs, car washes, cooking dinner. Have at least 12 coupons, one for each month. That way the gift lasts all year long. Make them things that are chores the other person would really appreciate having done for them. She could have dinner cooked for her and the kitchen cleaned for a month. Maybe another month is doing all o the laundry.
Most of all have fun with whatever you do. Valentines can be fun, sexy and loving. Let it be all of those. The key is to make it something that she would really enjoy and appreciate. When a gift comes form the heart, it always means more.
