روبرت برايس Robert McNair Price ،(ولد 1954 - ) أستاذ الثيولوجيا والدراسات الكتابية في ندوة جوني كولمن الثيولوجية في ميامي غاردنز في فلوريدا. وهو مشكك بالدين خاصة بالمعتقدات المسيحية التقليدية، وزميل في سمينار عيسى ومؤلف عدة كتاب ومقالات دينية. تحدى في كتبه حرفية الكتاب المقدس ودعم نظرة إنسانية ومشككة عن المسيحية وساعد على نشر التقليد الغنوصي.

في الفيلم الوثائقي The God Who Wasn't There اقترح جميس أن المسيحيين المبكرين تبنوا عيسى على غرار قصص المخلصين الذين ماتوا وقاموا من الموت في منطقة البحر المتوسط مثل ديونيسوس، وأشار إلى أن المقارنات كانت معروفة في ذلك الوقت للآباء المسيحيين حيث اعترف جستين الشهيد بالتشابهات.
