Signs you are too Sensitive to Criticism
Being too sensitive to criticism is something that many people do not wish to admit to, but actually is a problem that many people have. If you are overly sensitive, it can cause problems in your relationships as well as in your professional life and even in your social life. It is best if you can overcome this problem, but first you have to recognize it and that takes some careful self-reflection. There are a few signs that you can look for to tell if you are overly sensitive, or if it is something or someone else.One of the first questions you will need to ask yourself is if you are suffering from low self-esteem. This is a sign that can go one of a few ways. It may be that you are too sensitive. It may be that you are overly critical of yourself. It may even be that someone close to you is too critical of you.
