And when dating, he can still go out on the town with his friends. He can also easily get away from you when things get rocky, as he is not tied down.
When dating, you can still go drink late night and play house the next day. It's kind of like make believe. And it does not carry the weight or seriousness of marriage.
If you are with someone who loves to date, then there may be many reasons for that. He is not ready to make the ultimate commitment of marriage.
