How to Cope with Stress and Depression during the Holidays

These people are available to anyone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are there to listen, provide resources, and maybe even prescribe medication to help with your symptoms depending on the severity and can get you into the emergency room to be evaluated in person. No matter what you might think, you are not alone and there is always someone available to help you get through the holidays.
