Dressing to Impress how the Groom can Stand out from his Groomsmen

From 3arf

Imagine if a man was ready to do whatever it takes for his soul-mate. If he were to marry the woman of his dreams, he would want the wedding to look special. In this sort of a rare event the groom and his bride absolutely need to stand out. However, the question is, how can the groom stand out from his groomsmen?

When it comes to renting tuxedos, the groom's priority is to choose the tux for all the men to wear (including himself). The groom can then choose a pair of shoes for all of the men to wear. In order for the groom to stand out from the groomsmen, the vest and tie are the important items.

The groom's vest and tie are suppose to match the bride's dress, likewise the groomsmen's vests and ties are suppose to match the bridesmaids' dresses. The tie can match the color of the vest. If the couple wants to be creative, there are certain ways.

Usually the bride's dress is either white or ivory. For example, if the bride's dress is white and she is wearing accessories that are red or if she has red in her dress, the groom can wear a black tux, white shirt, white vest, a red tie and a red pocket silk. If the bridesmaids' dresses are also white, the groomsmen can also wear the white shirt and white vest but their tie could be silver, white or black.  Silver, white and black are universal colors that go with any color imaginable.  However, never mix white and ivory together. An ivory vest and a white tie or visa versa is a poor combination.

In conclusion, there are ways to be creative but the most common and safe way for the groom to stand out from his groomsmen is to have his vest and tie match the bride's dress and for the groomsmen to have the vest and tie be of a different color then of the grooms and to match the bridesmaids dresses. I recommend for the groom to have bright colors and for the groomsmen to have dull and dark colors.

Following my suggestions, the groom will certainly stand out from his groomsmen.
