ALT-1 Where to Submit Reviews to Earn a Monthly Income
People tend to think that it is impossible to make money just by writing reviews of products, but those people are wrong. There are a number of different websites where you can make a substantial amount of money, just by writing about the things you use everyday and the things you try.
Review Stream is a website that I bookmarked a long time ago, and have been writing for. The website allows you to submit reviews on everything you can think of, from your new boss to the gas station where you just filled up this morning. They do not require you to create a profile, or even use your own name. That can be great if you plan on writing a negative review of your own boss!
Review Stream pays a set amount for articles; right now that rate is $2 per article. If they feel the review does not fit their site, or isn't quite what they are looking for, they will pay a bulk rate, which is 1/5 of the original amount. It may not sound like much, but after a few hours of writing, you can build up quite a large sum.
Associated Content is another site that accepts product reviews. Be warned though that they do not pay upfront for all reviews. If you can write about something as soon as it comes out, you will have better luck. You can also write reviews of hotels that you have stayed at, but they don't usually buy all of those reviews unless it is a popular location. They typically pay around $3 for reviews, and you can earn a bonus based on your page views.
You can also submit reviews right here at Helium. If you check out the categories, you can find a number of product reviews and movie reviews. You obviously won't earn a ton of money on the site, but a good movie review can keep earning you pennies every month. After awhile that money will start to add up.
These three sites are the best ones I've found to submit reviews and earn money every month. If you can think of a variety of different things to say, you can even submit at all three sites! Review Stream doesn't allow submissions that have been published elsewhere, but if you can think of a new way to write about that product, you can submit it there and earn even more money!
