حملة جوادالكانال أو معركة جوادالكانال (بالإنجليزية: Guadalcanal Campaign) هي معركة قامت بها قوات الحلفاء في الحرب العالمية الثانية من السابع عام 1942 إلى الثاني من فبراير عام 1943 على وبالقرب من جزيرة جوادالكانال، وكانت هذه الحملة جزء من خطة استراتيجية لحماية الطرق بين الولايات المتحدة واستراليا ونيوزيلندا، وكانت الهجوم الرئيسي الثاني من قوات الحلفاء ضد الامبراطورية اليابانية
