أليكس كالينيكوس

ليكس كالينيكوس (Alex Callinicos) مفكر اشتراكي ثوري بريطاني، وُلد في العام 1950، كان عضواً بارزاً في اللجنة المركزية لحزب العمال الاشتراكي، وعضواً بارزاً أيضاً في الاشتراكية الدولية. نال شهاداته العليا من جامعة أكسفورد؛ فشغل مناصب أكاديمية عدة، منها، أستاذ في علم السياسة، وأستاذ الدراسات الأوروبية في جامعة "كنجز كولج" في لندن..

وهو كاتب غزير الإنتاج في المجال الأكاديمي، وفي الصحف والمجلات الأكاديمية الثورية. وتركزت اهتماماته البحثية حول: النظريات الاجتماعية والسياسية الأوروبية، والدراسات الماركسية، والفلسفة السياسية المعاصرة ، والنظرية النقدية، والدراسات التأريخية، والاقتصاد السياسي الدولي.
