Vehicle Matchmaking

The bumper sticker that states my other car is a emphasis that most settle for less than their dream car. Others attend classic car shows and admire the same model as their first car and wish they still own the car when they find the value of the car fully restored. Practicality may require a discrepancy in the true match.

The Ideal Car

A woman with small children saw the first Thunderbird and identified that this was the car of her dreams, but she needed a back seat. An episode of Happy Days showed an aging Fonz expressing changing not matching him with the line, "They put a back seat in the Thunderbird. Later the mother was able to get a thunderbird, but it was not the same. Later in life, she got the chance to restore a Thunderbird roadster.

How many times do we admire a car passing us on the freeway that we wish we occupied it? Why have we not purchased this car? The reasons can be many. We work to find something within our needs. A joke a young woman told was that she would only marry a man who would give her a Jaguar. Many asked at her groom at her wedding where the Jaguar is. Her new husband said I promised her one in the future. Many young men reacted in surprise that you only had to promise. When it was time to replace her Volvo, her husband said now is the time to get the Jaguar, but she said it time for a Jeep Cherokee so the family can travel together with the ski boat. When the Jeep Cherokee needed replacement, a new Volvo replaced the Cherokee since the family pickup was a crew cab. Sometimes dream car remaining in the future provides a new ending state of anticipation.

Ideal Expressed in Practical

The mini van designs changed to reflect a sporty image for the mini van. A commercial showed an unwillingness of a man to respond at the gym that it was his mini van with its lights on. He wanted other athletes to think the Porsche is the parking lot was his but than the college fund would disappear for the children. Did it surprise anyone that the mini van evolutes into the SUV where the S stands for Sport. Families wanted to travel together with the parents continue to express the child within them.

For many years the families within northwest portion of the country kept a pick up as one of the vehicles of the two car family. The male adult usually drove the pick up truck. In some portions of the country, parking was restricted in residential areas of a community. This was not the northwest. With SUVs, the pick up received a status increase.
