Thanksgiving Day! Food galore!

The turkey of course is the main dish, slow-cooked to a delicious tenderness, the mouth watering taste that melts in the mouth, simply satisfying! But what makes peoples eyes really bulge out are the countless number of side dishes, laid all around the table with an aroma of delightful scents. Dish after dish of delicious recipes, ready for hungry destruction. Everybody has a favorite too, which is usually included in this wonderful feast of goodies!

♥Candied Yams♥ A personal favorite to many. The dark colored sweet potato made with brown sugar and topped with tiny marshmallows is a sweet addition to this holiday feast. More than one serving is recommended!

♥Green Bean Casserole♥ This is the dish most expected above the rest. The fresh green beans are cooked slowly in yummy cream of mushroom soup topped with crunchy, tasty onion rings. What a great side to have next to that juicy turkey!

♥Deviled Eggs♥ Gotta have 'em! A lot of them, because these little guys go quick! An awesome flavor in every bite. Usually made with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and paprika, they're kind of like  Pringles, you can't eat just one! They're easy to make and fun to eat.

♥Mashed Potatoes and Gravy♥ Thanksgiving dinner isn't complete without the mashed potatoes and gravy, even though these two items are there own side dish. Gravy for example, goes great on anything one may have on his/her plate. That's the topping of all toppings! And mashed potatoes on the other hand, well, there has to be mashed potatoes, or a Thanksgiving feast isn't whole. Now, when the two are combined, that's a real treat at it's best. Just about anything goes good dipped in mashed potatoes and gravy!

♥Stuffing♥ Where's the stuffing!?! Whether it's Stove Top brand or it's cooked inside the turkey itself, it is a holiday must have! There are plenty of ways to make this dish and many styles, but one thing is for certain, do not forget the stuffing!

And last but not least, the best of the best, the one everyone has been waiting for...

♥Home Baked Pies♥ This is a much wanted side dish, but more than usual, one can find it hard to make room for any after eating such a huge Thanksgiving dinner. Yet, it's hard to pass up when there are so many kinds to choose from. Apple, cherry, blueberry, peach, pumpkin, the list goes on. One slice of delicious home baked pie usually does it. But the good thing is, there's leftovers for the next couple of weeks!
