Cosmetology school is not what many people have a pre-conceived notion about. It is not "the easy way out" or "Not a real college". Most cosmetology schools are accredited, which means you can apply for financial aid, Pell grants, student loans and more. And like a traditional college, you have a 6 month grace period after your graduation to find a job and to start the repayment of your loans.
