Poem how to Tel you Chld if Santa is Real – Yes

From 3arf

I cannot imagine my childhood missing all of the memories that my brain holds about Santa Claus. What a dreadful thought to have missed out on those miraculous experiences year after year! What a magical time for a child: the anticipation, the excitement, the purity of the idea of Santa Claus...It is the most wonderful time of year for most children. Believing in Santa Claus brings hope, excitement and faith. Children thoughtfully create their letters to Mr. Claus, letting him know what they would like to receive for Christmas, and telling him how good they have been all year. Once the letter is stamped and put in the mail, the countdown to the December 25th begins. It creates something to be excited about, something to look forward to, and something to believe in.

Without Santa, it seems a huge piece of the Christmas puzzle would be missing! Why deprive a child of the thrill, the excitement, the fantasy? When children are old enough and learn the truth, they are normally understanding, and if the parents communicate well and have a conversation about the true meaning of Santa Claus, all is well. Life goes on, and Christmas remains magical, just in a different way. The magical childhood memories remain, bring smiles, laughs and happiness. A great reason to pass it on to the next generation. There is nothing damaging or deceitful about believing in the true spirit of Christmas, and that is what Santa Claus is, It is just constructed in a way for small children to understand.

Teaching your children to believe in Santa Claus is not a lie, Santa Claus is real, just in a different way that children grow to understand as they age. Why let young children miss out on such a great yearly experience that actually stretches on way beyond that for most. Christmas Eve comes, and there's usually tossing and turning, trying so hard to sleep because your mother says that Santa only comes if you are asleep! The wonderful idea of Santa coming while the children are sleeping so deeply, dreaming of the new talking doll or the shiny red bike that he is going to leave them for the next morning is priceless. Priceless, the excitement that morning when the young ones wake at the crack of dawn, not even taking the time to wash up, adrenaline kicking in as they run straight down the stairs in their pajamas, bed head, groggy sleepy eyes and all! Wondering in those few seconds if they will soon have the gifts that they have wished for a million times over in their heads. Priceless, the look on their faces when they see the eaten cookies and empty milk glass that they had left out for Santa so he would not get hungry on his long journey. Priceless like the look on their faces when they see the shiny glittery wrapped presents waiting for them under the Christmas tree. Oh, the pure bliss they get to experience while ripping through the paper and ribbons to see if their letters were answered! The joy captured in their smiles on camera for photos to enjoy for years to come; some of the best photos that will ever grace your scrapbooks!
