Obama Lowers Gas Prices not Sea Levels in Days Preceding Election

Forecasts warning of $5 per gallon gasoline in the United States have proven wrong, so far. Since peaking in March, gas prices have slumped 2.6 percent in April and more in May. Miraculously, the tradition of higher fuel prices on the Memorial Day weekend has failed to materialize, inspiring millions of Americans to take to the roads feeling exhilaratingly free with gas prices only slightly more than double what they were before the Obama regime took the reigns of the country almost four years ago.The Power of an ElectionSince the 2008 election, not much has gone right for the man in the White House. After proclaiming a supernatural ability to lower the sea levels during a speech in Berlin and surrendering to militant Islam during a speech in Cairo, the man who was to bring hope and change to America has only delivered change. Millions of minorities hoping to have better chances at employment, housing and achievement have found the opposite. Those who hoped for the most from Obama have been hit the hardest by rampant unemployment, runaway inflation, foreclosures and impossible-to-get credit.Aware of the looming electoral disaster, the Obama regime has redefined unemployment, so government numbers don’t seem so bad. Food and energy don’t count for inflation, so the government can proudly say that inflation is near zero despite the soaring grocery and fuel bills that leave record numbers of Americans hungry every day. Homelessness due to foreclosure has also risen, carefully veiled by media outlets still yearning for four more years of hopelessness and change. The torture camp at Guantanamo Bay continues to operate despite an early fake Obama executive order that was supposed to close the operationWith an election coming, things are suddenly looking up.Obama has suddenly supposedly seen the light on gay marriage, although his vague words might not contain the endorsement his supporters hoped for. Suddenly, the United States is supposedly pulling out of Afghanistan, although Obama’s words disguise the fact that he has committed U.S. troops there for longer than a decade after the “pullout” in 2014. Magically and mysteriously, gas prices have improved. High gas prices can adversely affect re-election campaigns, so it’s a good thing thatYahoo Newsreports that the average price for a gallon of gas has plummeted by 18 cents and is now $3.73 per gallon. What Did Gas Cost Before Obama? While some Americans are jumping up and down with excitement, knowing that Obama has saved them from fuel poverty, others realize that $3.73 per gallon is more than double the price of gas before Obama moved into the White House. Media outlets such asCNNare singing a different song than they were when gas prices rose under the Bush regime. Then, high gas prices were all Bush’s fault. Now high gas prices have nothing to do with the President. Low gas prices, however, may be a different story.
