Mercedes Mercedes c Class c Class Bmw new Mercedes
The Mercedes-Benz C Class is an iconic car, the sales must be increasing recently because I have seen more and more in my area now when I leave the house. The car holds the larger 320 V6 diesels and has a price tag from 18,850 - 51,650. The huge gap in the price tag is because of all the unnecessary luxuries it offers like any Mercedes, many reviews agree that the C Class is over priced like most saloon cars with a huge sports engine. The engine just doesn;t match the cars style, its like mixing a ferrari with a renault.
The cars says executive saloon with a hint of sport, as fare as outside styling Mercedes look like they were a little drunk when designing the shape and distribution of certain parts of the car e.g. the Mercedes logo on the front. I think maybe they got the sizes wrong and decided to go ahead with it anyway, or maybe they were just copying many other car manufacturers who are trying there best to make themselves stand out. Personally I think the large logo's with 2008/2009 cars ruin the car.
Now if speed is your friend and you intend to scare yourself this is a must to at least try out, the engine is like nothing I have even felt before in a car, an older friend of mine owns the new C class and took us out for a spin in it. I was truly shocked with the power to move such a heavy saloon as well, I felt like I was sinking through the passenger seat into the back. The car for speed is brilliant but it all seems a little fake and mixed, it's a saloon, you imagine some 45 year old man in a suite, no hair and work 24/7 at the office getting in and out of this car, now usually these type of men don't desire speed, the pure burst of Turk that the C class has. I'm stumped as to why Mercedes and many other executive saloon manufacturers such as BMW are doing this, it doesn't really make the car much ore desirable and increases the price and fuel consumption dramatically.
On the other hand, putting speed aside and taking a look at pure comfort the C Class wow's all as always. You could own one of these for years and still find out something new about it, if anything this is the area you should view if you considering buying. There are other Mercedes that offer better confort and style than this but for speed alongside the comfort, with a hint of wildness, this would be the right car for you. The Mercedes is amazing, it ticks all the right boxes but looks like it had a little confusion what to be and how to be styled.
