Gifts for College Graduates
If you are looking for gifts for a recent college graduate, there may be a few things to take into consideration. Consider what profession they are going into, if they are moving into an apartment of their own for the first time or if there are things they may need but you are not sure what they are.
Money and gift cards
Cash or gift cards may not seem very personalized but in some cases it may the most practical of gifts. With starting salaries along with student loan payments, rent and other expenses the budget may be tight and they may need assistance to buy certain things. Also, by giving gift cards they can buy things they need instead of things you may purchase for them.
Work related
Consider what profession the graduate is going into. A good quality briefcase may be a good decision if they will be working in an office setting or office setting that they will need a briefcase or laptop case.

A couple ideas for gifts for them to remember their college years are diploma frames or shadowboxes. You may be able to get a frame for their diploma with the name of the college or university and the date of graduation engraved on it.
