Customized Cars Tuners
Fast and Furious? No, I don't think so after you spend enormous money on your car to modify it. Unfortunately since the first Fast and Furious movie came out in 2001, the turners are known as punks or rich kids that race in the streets and have no fear to put their own and your life in danger. Whenever people see a modified car , they start saying bad things. First we should put the real tuners in one side and the wannabees on the other side.
Real tuners have respect for each other and also for the other people. You wont see the real tuners racing on the streets just to boost their ego. They usually have a club and they make events. If they want to race, they just wont do it on the streets. They hire a drag race strip or a racing circuit and enjoy driving their cars in a safe environment. They do tuning to improve the performance and to make their cars look as they want it to be. The cars of the real tuners are professionally tuned. When they install a new part on their car, they take it to dyno or wind tunnel to test its performance. They wont show off like coming next to your car at the red light and trying to humiliate you in front of your family. They would appreciate if you say few nice words about their cars but they usually don't like bragging. The real tuners know that if you press the Nitro button continuously for more than 15 seconds just like in some movies, you might blow your engine. They choose their tires, spoilers, body kits and other parts wisely. You can hardly see a real tuner that installed a tire that look like a tractor tire and have chrome wheels which are at least 25 inches. The modifications that they make are usually within the legal limits.
Last weekend I was shopping at the local market in the town that I live. I was talking to the market owner who thinks he is a tuner and he was telling me that he wants to buy a car made in Tokyo. The first time it didn't make sense, I spend almost 2 minutes to think which cars are made in Tokyo. But then I realized he was talking about the Japanese cars that starred in the Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift movie. Few moments later he started bragging about how he reached 110 mph with a Volkswagen Van. Most of the wannabee tuners are like this. They wont even know how powerful their car is till they end up in a wall killing their self and hopefully not but some other people. They love to show off so they would do everything to attract people. You can usually hear their speakers bumping the neighborhood as you are about to make your baby fall asleep or when you are in a church trying to pray. Their fathers are usually rich and they wont care if their son crash the car, they would just buy a new one.
The worst thing you can do to a real tuner is to put him into the same place with a wannabee. I like to modify my car at some extent but just like most of the tuners; I know how valuable my car, a human life and government property is.
