Most of the accidents happen close to home, on streets where the speed is only 40 mph. Toddler's bodies are fragile, and the seats are designed to hold them in the most resistant positions, so as to cause minimal internal injuries.
A mere impact with the seat belt when they are in the incorrect position, may damage organs and lead to death.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, the majority of children’s deaths under two years, happens on weekends and school holiday months.
Although it is a safety issue, many drivers still are fined for breaching of the law.
In addition to the regulation of the law, you also need attention from parents to the safe transportation of children. You must remember that the law comes of age, but does not anticipate the child's weight and height. For example, if a baby is one year and are not comfortable in the chair, it is good to continue for a while using the baby carrier.

When a child is older than seven years and can use the rear seat, it must be noted that the safety belt is appropriate.
