Strategy designing is essential to direct us to our purpose. A good strategy doesn’t need a lot of sophisticated words or colorful pages. A good strategy need to be understandable. A good strategy has to be able to conduct, even though the real world” is changing. A good strategy needs a “destination” (purpose) and a main “road”, with enough space for flexibility. The question is how.
Let’s imagine how an architect builds a house or a building. A great architect is not only set his mind to be “outside the box”, but he has to have a strong imagination. An architect has to know what the building is built for, how many people will do their activities there, will there be an increase of activities in the future, what facilities they will need, etc. Imagination is important because the design he will made is not only to fulfill today’s needs, but more importantly, for the future.

With a clear visualization, we will be moved to the next level of achievement. Imperfect design can cause a bunch of problems. If we don’t realize that the problem is in design, we can not think there are so many improvements we can make.

Before a decision is made, a deep observation should be done. We can no longer observe by just reading books. We need to step into the activities, experience the jobs and see the problems. Everyone needs to push himself to be a sharp observer, to see what others can not see. And it is not only by eyes, but by all senses and thoughts.
