ALT-8 Why Valentines Day is Bittersweet
Valentines day is the one day a year where you should be able to show as much love for the person your with as possible. It is not a lot to ask for this. One day a year, I mean come on. I don't think I have ever really had a valentines day that is memorable. I think though as a women, we always want more than we get. We hear the stories of our girlfriends and think well why didn't my man do that? I know it is shallow, or however else you would like to put it, but it's true. I'm not afraid to admit it. We always want more than what we have. Once we reach that, our levels and expectations get even higher! So for all you men out there, it might never come that you please your women to the point of her never ever forgetting that moment, whether you stay together or not. The point is some of you really try, and thats what counts. The fact that you put in the effort to try and please the person that your with is the part that we remember. Don't think it all goes unnoticed. It's like that line from a movie, I can't remember which one though, but it reads: "I know I won't remember what she was wearing that day, but I will remember exactly how she looked".
