ALT-3 Tips for Planning a Wedding Menu

From 3arf

Planning your wedding menu is a tough task. To start it is imperative to find the right cater. The wedding planner should have a list of caters in your area. If you don't have a wedding planner start with your yellow pages. Once a caterer has been hired try the foods they offer. See what you like and don't like. Keep a list of the foods so you know what you want to have for your wedding. You will not like all the food they make so make sure you have the exact name some names are close and it would be bad if an entree was picked and it wasn't what you thought it was. Once you have figured out what you like and don't like on the menu sit down and figure how many people you have attending. Also, consider if you want to give your guest a choice or just have one type of main menu. I would recommend chicken or beef this way you have a choice for your guest. Along with that, I would keep the side dishes the same along with a salad and bread. It is recommended to keep bread baskets at each table for some reason there never seems to be enough bread. Also, I would recommend white and red wine along with water and apple juice. Be sure your caterer offers coffee to your guest. Coffee goes great after a long evening.
