Getting paid to complete surveys and give valuable consumer information sounds easy doesn't it? Many of us are looking for extra ways to earn cash by sitting behind our computer screen. But the problem with survey sites is many declare you can earn a lot of money, but they rarely pay or pay out often enough.
I have searched the Internet for many good survey and consumer opinion sites, have trolled through the duds and had success with others. I've been attracted to those that state I can earn between $40.00-$100.00 per survey and love the ones that have member success photos and declarations on their home page.
Surveys should be used to express your opinion and to provide marketing and consumer feedback to those who request it. For your hard work in buying products and sitting down for 20-30 minutes completing a survey, you should be rewarded, preferably with cash.

• Fill in as much information relevant to you and you circumstances as possible.
• Never pay money to use the website or to receive surveys.
• Get a feel for what the survey is asking, for example if they ask if you're the main grocery buyer in the household, say that you are.
• Open a Paypal account.
• Try to find a survey site that used Paypal, especially if they're international.
• Join a lot of survey sites and when you receive an email about a survey offer, complete it as soon as possible.
Survey sites that pay cash
American Consumer OpinionThis website pays in cash and allow international people to participate in the surveys. The surveys differ in price, depending on length of time required to complete them and range between $4.00 and $50.00.
Surveys for ProfitThis website is only for U.S and international people offering great cash survey incentives. They range in price from $5.00 to $75.00 and have many survey partners to choose from. This is one site where you do have to pay to join, but I've heard a lot of good feedback from it.
Lightspeed PanelI am a member of the Australian panel of Lightspeed and have cashed out over $70.00 in two months. They offer a number of surveys that increase your points and when you have accumulated a certain amount you can cash out. They pay directly into your Paypal account within days.
The surveys offered by Lightspeed are easy and are not too time consuming.
Global Test MarketThis is also a great survey site available to international countries and U.S alike. Offering surveys based on consumer opinion and buying habits you accumulate points. You can then exchange your points for cash.
Nielson Opinion PanelMuch like Global Test market, Nielson is a consumer product site that offers cash incentives and many other surveys. You may notice if you join other sites that some surveys can come from Nielson anyway.
Pure ProfileThis is a great survey site that pays in cash but depends on how much information you can offer about yourself. You receive surveys and more points when clicking on ads they have on their site. You need to spend a lot of time completing information on your interests, you buying habits and the type of car and household expenditure you may make yearly or monthly.
This is then matched accordingly and you are given surveys depending on your interests. I haven't cashed out as yet, but within two weeks of joining I had accumulated over $25.00.
Your VoiceThis is an Australian website that pays in cash and prizes for your opinion on consumer products. It's part of the Nielson Opinion group.
Qualified OpinionsQualified Opinions is set out quite well and is very user friendly. You can receive surveys for cash or other prize incentives as well.
Survey SavvyAlthough I am not a member of this site I have heard a lot of good feedback about it. The surveys are apparently very easy and quick to complete and they offer cash for surveys.
Searching for a legitimate survey site to earn a little spare money can be very time consuming. When you sign up and receive the surveys, just completing them can also be time consuming so you want to ensure you receive rewards in an amount that is fair and payment is quick.
I am a member of some of the sites above and have had many cash outs that I find appropriate to the survey and websites. I don't think you could earn a salary or income from completing surveys, but having a little extra money comes in handy. I have found the more popular websites that pay well I have received from word of mouth, so I hope the above recommendations help you.
