Traffic is how you make money (no matter what methods you are using to make money). You will want to blog regularly, post on blog groups, bookmark with social bookmarking sites, and everything else you can do to get traffic to your blog.
Writing.You can make money even more easily with writing. Share what you know, write a lot, and pick several sites. This will bring you in a few different passive incomes (since most sites are set up with performance based options or revenue sharing). You will want several sites in case something should happen to one and that will let you pick your favorite sites. It will take some time, but if you keep working it you can find a way to make it happen for you as well. This is a way for you to make money and to have your revenue grow faster then with your own site. This is because it has more traffic and you don't have to work as hard to get people to come to your works. Some sites are better then others at providing a lot of traffic.
There are a number of other ways that you can make money online. However, these are the two that don't involve going against anyone's morals, and you don't have to worry about inventory, finding things to sell, or knowledge of setting up a good site and working it. Avoid scams that as you to pay out large amounts of money (or even small amounts of money) for insider information, Google Adsense cheats, or programs that will make you millions a month online!
