2010 Bmw 6 Series

From 3arf

The BMW 6 series has always been one of the high end or top of the range BMW cars that are produced by one of the world’s largest selling automotive producer. BMW has produced the 6 series with an unprecedented approach that involves nothing but luxury. The car is aimed at a higher class of people that can not only afford one BMW 6 series but also have the availability of buying another one, perhaps in another color to say the least.

No doubt the 2010 version of the BMW 6 series is anything but classy. It surely is luxurious, from the inside, the outside as well as its price tag. The car is estimated around anywhere between $78,000 and $108,000 dollars which is quite a lot, even for a wealthy person! Let’s have a look at how the BMW 6 series performs and what it is made up of in terms of models and engine specifications:

  • The offerings: The 2010 version of the BMW 6 series is being offered largely unchanged from its previous year. The car is offered in the 650i as well as the M6 models. Both of these cars can be bought either a luxurious coupe or the convertible top, which obviously is powered by an automatic top.  The 650i is being offered in 4.8 liter V8 engine that can produce a maximum 360 horsepower.

On the other hand, the powerful M6 is offered with an unrealistic 5.0 liter V10 engine that has a 500 horsepower capacity to it! The car is offered with a 7 speed automated/manual transmission that really adds great smoothness to it as well as a 6 speed manual transmission for those that prefer their car with a manual transmission.

  • Features: The BMW 6 series is filled with so many features and luxurious tabs that it’s going to be hard to cover all of them with just one section. Literally, the car has been given everything ranging from the Active Roll Stabilization feature, a special one of BMW as well as the DDC which stands for the Dynamic Drive Control feature. This feature plays a role in the adjustment of the suspension so that the car may behave more like a sports car.

Other features of the car are as following:

  • BMW’s active steering
  • Driver adjustable suspension
  • Larger wheels
  • An up-rated brakes system

The BMW 6 series is one of those very pricey sports cars that will never let you down. The car is simply excellent in all of the features it offers.
