شراب الاسفندان أو شراب القيقب (بالإنجليزية: Maple syrup) هو عصارة سكرية تستخرج بالتقطير في بداية فصل الربيع من نسغ أشجار القيقب السكري. ويستعمل في صناعة الحلوى، وفي إكساب الأطعمة والمشروبات نكهة طيبة.
